1963 Silvertone Model 1449 and Amp in Case Combo

This set will bring back old memories of buying out of the Sears catalog! This guitar and amp-in-case combo was the beginning guitar of many rock stars from Led Zeppelin to The Beatles. This black two-pickup 1449 was first introduced in 1963 as a higher watt amp with tremolo. The Jensen speaker has been changed out to a newer 8 inch Jensen speaker. Guitar does have some cosmetic issues and will be considered player grade which you would expect from this fifty-five-year-old guitar. These two pick-up black models are early release. Very collectible..
